Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered. However, we are committed to standing behind the quality of our work â if something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.
1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold through The SF Vault are digital PDF guides. Once payment is confirmed and the download link is made available, the product has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product that is immediately accessible.
2. When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
â You were charged but never received access to the download page due to a technical error on our side.
â You were charged more than once for the same product.
â The file you downloaded is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
3. When We Will Not Issue a Refund
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
â You changed your mind after purchase.
â You did not read the product description before buying.
â You have already downloaded the file.
â The content did not meet subjective expectations not stated in the product description.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the conditions above, email us at contact@strength-factory.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5â10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
